Cassandra Martin and Juli Hopkins
M Spa Face and Body is led by Shauna McLaughlin PA-C and Deborah Miller M.D, two medical professionals that have been in practice together since 2002. They’re not only highly experienced and licensed medical providers, but they have the artistry and skill to create balanced, long-lasting results. At M Spa Face and Body, you can rest assured that your procedure is not only being performed by a qualified professional, but also by someone with the experience and artistry to create natural results. Shauna McLaughlin, PA-C
Ms. McLaughlin is Board Certified by The National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, and a Fellow of The American Academy of Physician Assistants. She graduated from the University of Houston before receiving her graduate degree in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, Allied Health Sciences School.
She is a member of a number of professional organizations including The Society of Physician Assistants in Otorhinolaryngology / Head & Neck Surgery, the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Gulf Coast Physician Assistants.
An avid educator, Ms. McLaughlin is a lecturer at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and UTMB in Galveston, while teaching student physician assistants.
She has been injecting fillers and neuromodulators since 2005 and feels confident that M Spa Face and Body’s conservative approach gives patients their ideal results. Shauna is an avid baseball and volleyball fan.
Deborah Miller, M.D.
Dr. Miller is a board-certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon. She has had extensive training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the Head and Neck. Additionally, she has been practicing cosmetic medicine since 2005.
She obtained her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. She went on to earn her Medical Doctorate degree with highest honors from The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She completed her Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery training in 1999.
Dr. Miller has been in private practice in the Clear Lake area since 1999. She is proud of her loyal patient following. She created M Spa Face and Body with her business partner, Shauna McLaughlin, PA-C, in 2017. She and Shauna have been working together for over 20 years.
Dr. Miller is married with three boys. She is an avid sports fan, especially the Houston Astros!
Juli Hopkins, Registered MA, Certified Laser Technician, Practice Administrator
Juli graduated from Remmington College in 2006. Here she maintained the president’s list throughout her schooling, graduating with a 4.0 GPA and Registered Medical Assisting license.
Juli has worked in many fields over the past 16 years including Family Practice, OBGYN, and Dermatology. Throughout her career she has remained a forefront in the cosmetic world. She has worked in many aesthetic roles including coolsculpting, ultherapy, Lasers, Clear & Brilliant, Microneedling, and product knowledge such as Biopelle, Skin Ceuticals, Skin Medica, Elta MD, and Defenage.
She is also very knowledgeable on Allergan and Galderma fillers and neurotoxins, and received her Certified laser technician license in 2018.
Juli has been a resident of Texas her whole life, she loves the Astros and being a wife and mother of two boys. She enjoys working in the aesthetic field and always learning more about the latest techniques and devices out there.

Amli Canseco
Amli graduated from the Institute of Cosmetology, Esthetics, and Massage in 2019. She also received her Laser license in 2022.
Amli has been in the Aesthetic field for over 4 years working hand and hand with Acne centers, Medical Offices, and businesses to help educate others on their skin and skin care needs. She has experiences with VI peels, Lasers, Microneedling, and product knowledge from Skin Better, Elta MD, Skin Medica, Biopelle, and many more.
She was born and raised in Houston, Texas and will forever be an Astros fan. In her free time, she loves trying new restaurants and traveling. Amli loves helping her patients to achieve their skin care goals and needs and the difference it makes in their confidence. She is always looking for new ways to educate others and staying up to date with everything aesthetic!
